1. About GoXev

GoXev is a mobile application designed to help electric vehicle owners monitor, analyze, and manage their vehicles through a modern data-driven interface.

The application connects to supported vehicle platforms using official manufacturer APIs to retrieve vehicle telemetry and enable certain remote commands.

GoXev currently supports Tesla vehicles through Tesla's official Fleet API. Support for additional electric vehicle manufacturers may be introduced in future updates.

GoXev is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. or any other vehicle manufacturer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create and use a GoXev account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.

You must own, lease, or otherwise have authorized access to each vehicle you connect to GoXev. Linking or attempting to control a vehicle without proper authorization is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of GoXev, you must create an account using a valid email address and password or another supported sign-in method.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us promptly at support@goxev.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization or if any security incident affects your account.

4. Vehicle Linking and API Access

When you link a vehicle, GoXev uses the official API provided by the vehicle manufacturer or platform to access vehicle information and, where supported, send commands on your behalf.

By linking your vehicle, you authorize GoXev to read vehicle telemetry, access location-related information where permitted, send supported remote commands, and receive and process status changes needed to provide notifications, insights, analytics, and historical records.

You may revoke GoXev access to your vehicle at any time by unlinking the vehicle in the app or by revoking third-party access from the manufacturer's platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GoXev to access, monitor, or control vehicles you do not own or do not have authorization to use.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying logic of the application or backend services.

You agree not to violate applicable law, interfere with GoXev systems, use abusive traffic patterns, or attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication controls, permissions, or security features.

6. Data and Privacy

GoXev collects and processes certain information needed to provide the service, including account information, vehicle telemetry, app diagnostics, and usage-related data.

Vehicle data may include battery state, charging sessions, trip and drive information, climate status, location data when enabled, and other telemetry made available through the manufacturer API.

Your use of GoXev is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data.

7. Remote Commands and Safety

GoXev may enable remote actions such as climate activation, charge control, venting, and lock-related functions.

You are solely responsible for every command initiated through your account. GoXev is not responsible for failed, delayed, repeated, or unintended command execution caused by manufacturer systems, connectivity issues, or user actions.

You must not use remote features in any way that could create a safety risk for people, animals, property, or the vehicle itself. Command execution depends on connectivity, vehicle state, battery condition, manufacturer restrictions, and API availability.

8. Service Availability

GoXev relies on third-party APIs, internet connectivity, mobile device functionality, cloud infrastructure, and supporting services in order to operate.

Parts of the service may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, limited, or interrupted due to maintenance, outages, connectivity problems, third-party restrictions, or infrastructure failures. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability.

9. Data Accuracy

Vehicle telemetry, analytics, battery estimates, charging insights, and other metrics displayed within GoXev may be based on data obtained from external APIs, inferred calculations, or internal processing methods.

GoXev does not guarantee that all data, calculations, projections, analytics, or status values will always be accurate, complete, or current. Information shown in the app is for informational and convenience purposes only and is not a substitute for official vehicle manufacturer data, diagnostics, or safety guidance.

10. Subscriptions and Payments

GoXev may offer free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions may unlock additional features such as advanced telemetry, analytics, historical insights, automation, or premium controls.

If you purchase a subscription through Google Play or another platform, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling may be governed in whole or in part by that platform's terms and policies.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date. GoXev does not store full payment card details when purchases are handled by third-party app stores or payment processors.

11. Third-Party Services

GoXev depends on third-party services and providers, which may include vehicle manufacturer APIs, hosting providers, analytics tools, mapping services, notification services, authentication providers, and payment processors.

Your use of certain features may also be subject to the terms, policies, and technical limitations of those third parties. GoXev is not responsible for failures, delays, restrictions, data issues, or interruptions caused by third-party systems.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, logos, visual design, user interface elements, documentation, and features made available through GoXev are the property of GoXev, Goavnitech, or their licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the service except as expressly permitted by law or by written permission.

Tesla, Tesla Fleet API, and other manufacturer names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Their use within GoXev is for identification and compatibility purposes only.

13. App Updates and Feature Changes

We may modify, improve, restrict, suspend, or remove features of GoXev at any time, with or without notice, including where necessary for security, stability, legal compliance, manufacturer API changes, or product development.

Future app versions may differ from earlier versions and certain features may change depending on supported vehicles, API availability, or subscription level.

14. Free Trials, Premium Access, Referrals, and Promo Codes

GoXev may offer free trials, free tiers, paid premium tiers, referral rewards, promotional codes, admin-granted access, or lifetime access. Eligibility, duration, included features, and limits may vary by account, region, campaign, platform, and time.

A trial or promotion does not guarantee future free access to the same features. GoXev may refuse, reverse, expire, or adjust premium time if a referral, promo code, or account action appears fraudulent, duplicated, self-referred, automated, or otherwise abusive.

Unless required by law or explicitly stated by GoXev, unused trial time, referral credit, promo time, or admin-granted premium time has no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money.

15. Telemetry, Recording, Replay, and Exports

GoXev may provide live telemetry, telemetry recording, replay, graphing, and downloadable exports. These features are intended to help you understand your vehicle, diagnose behavior, review sessions, and inspect supported signals.

Recording sessions may be limited by session duration, weekly allowance, cooldown rules, storage limits, account tier, backend availability, and safety or abuse-prevention systems.

Recorded telemetry may include sensitive data such as location, route, charging state, vehicle speed, climate status, battery metrics, and other signal values. You are responsible for exported telemetry files after download, including where you store them and who you share them with.

16. Command Hub and Remote Control Features

The controller or command hub may expose supported vehicle commands such as lock, unlock, honk, flash lights, climate start or stop, defrost, seat heat, charge start or stop, charge port actions, trunk or frunk actions, sentry mode, valet mode, remote start, window controls, and other commands supported by the manufacturer API.

Commands may require an online vehicle, active manufacturer API access, supported vehicle hardware, supported software, correct account permissions, and a reachable backend. Some commands may be unavailable, renamed, restricted, deprecated, rate-limited, or blocked by the manufacturer without notice.

You must confirm that a command is safe before sending it. You are responsible for consequences caused by commands sent from your account.

17. Admin Tools, Support Access, and Account Management

GoXev may include administrative tools that allow authorized administrators to manage users, vehicles, subscriptions, premium time, promo codes, telemetry limits, account status, support cases, and security actions.

Administrative actions may be logged and reviewed for security, support, billing, fraud prevention, and accountability. Support or admin access should be limited to legitimate operational, security, billing, or support purposes.

18. Automation, Notifications, and User-Created Rules

GoXev may allow you to create alerts, automations, notification rules, schedules, thresholds, or command-related rules. These features depend on vehicle state, telemetry availability, backend processing, notification services, and manufacturer APIs.

Automations and alerts may be delayed, missed, duplicated, or incorrect if vehicle data is unavailable, stale, incomplete, or delayed. You should not use automations for safety-critical, emergency, life-safety, or property-protection purposes.

19. Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GoXev account, device, email account, vehicle manufacturer account, and any exported files or shared screenshots.

Use a strong password and keep your phone, email, and vehicle accounts secure. Do not share your password, session tokens, exported telemetry, or vehicle access with unauthorized people. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, suspicious commands, or compromise of your account.

20. Termination

You may stop using GoXev at any time by deleting your account, unlinking your vehicle, or uninstalling the application.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused the platform, attempted unauthorized access, created security risks, or used the service in a harmful or unlawful manner.

21. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

GoXev is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoXev, Goavnitech, its developers, operators, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, vehicle access, vehicle function, or property damage arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoXev total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

22. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GoXev, Goavnitech, its developers, operators, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, your misuse of vehicle commands, your unauthorized vehicle access, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to the service, business practices, legal requirements, or supported functionality.

When we make updates, we will revise the Last updated date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of GoXev after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

24. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which GoXev operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the service shall be brought before the courts of competent jurisdiction in the applicable forum, unless otherwise required by law.

25. Entire Agreement and Contact Us

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms shown in the app for specific features, form the agreement between you and GoXev for use of the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
